How the calculations work
Calories = weight in pounds × 10
Protein = weight in pounds × 0.8
Fat = weight in pounds × 0.3
Carbs = remaining calories ÷ 4
Protein and carbohydrates are counted at 4 calories per gram. Fat is counted at
9 calories per gram. If kilograms are selected, the calculator converts kilograms
to pounds first, then applies the same formulas.
